Palandock is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides stock news aggregation, AI-generated analysis summaries, sentiment scoring, community discussions, price alerts, portfolio tracking, and financial data visualization for 830+ stocks, ETFs, crypto, and commodities.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided by Palandock is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

You should not make any investment decisions based solely on the information provided by this Service. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, biases, or outdated information. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

5. AI-Powered Features

Palandock uses artificial intelligence to provide various features including news analysis, sentiment scoring, comment moderation, market movement explanations, AI chat, and daily digests. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional financial advice
  • AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect
  • AI chat conversations are not stored permanently and may be subject to daily usage limits
  • We may change, improve, or discontinue AI features at any time

6. Community Guidelines

When participating in community discussions, you agree to:

  • Post content that is relevant, constructive, and respectful
  • Not post spam, misleading information, or market manipulation attempts
  • Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Not impersonate other individuals or entities
  • Not post any content that violates applicable laws
  • Not use the platform to coordinate trading or promote specific investments

Comments are moderated by AI and may be reviewed for quality. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI-generated content, is owned by Palandock. News articles displayed are sourced from third-party providers and remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. User-generated comments remain the property of their authors, but by posting you grant Palandock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display them on the platform.

8. Data Accuracy

Financial data, stock prices, and market information are sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data. Data may be delayed, contain errors, or differ from other sources. Real-time prices may have delays of up to 30 seconds.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Palandock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palandock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses incurred from investment decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
